This is aqua blue acrylic with white & silver mylar stars. I finished with a gel top coat. Now you're extra famous Ally!

Fourth of July rebel! This is a fun spin on fourth of July nails. The blue tiger stripes were painted on with polish.

These are little pink mylar flowers added into the acrylic. If you're a regular reader of my blog I'm sure you're not surprised that I added pink dots!

This is a fun design I did with mylar dots. I put a thin layer of acrylic on and then added the dots on top while it was still a little wet. Then I added clear acrylic on top of that. I finished with a gel topcoat for extra shine!

This is pink and white acrylic with little painted white dots as an accent. I did the ring fingers with an opposite color scheme of the other nails.

BUSY SATURDAY!

This is a great example of what could happen when you can't decide between two colors that you like. I think they turned out pretty "wicked"

Aren't these nails too cute! Both are done with opi polish and I finished them with the black tiger stripes! I hope you like your nails squishy!

The flowers on the ring fingers are made from fimo polymer clay. I did the pink tips in magnolia art glitter.

More fourth of July nails!

ITSY BITSY PURPLE & YELLOW POLKA DOT NAILS!

I am just loving these nails! I added little purple and yellow polka dot glitters into the white acrylic and capped them with clear. On the ring fingers I layered 2 real dried flowers together in yellow and purple. I finished it off with a gel top coat. Can't you just tell this client is fun by looking at her nails! Fun! Fun! Fun!

BLUE MYLAR
I have already shown nails similar to these on my blog. These are a little different though. I used a light blue acrylic on the nails which made the blue mylar seem even brighter. They remind me a little of a mermaid. Don't forget to click on the older posts link at the bottom of this page to view the nails that are similar to these.

Flowers and Fruit!

This is pink acrylic in "hot kiss". The blue flowers are real dried flowers. I finished it off with a gel top coat.

These grapefruits are made from polymer clay. I just got a bunch in all different kinds of fruit including strawberries, oranges, lemons, bananas, kiwis, and limes. I added the pink tips with acrylic and painted the yellow polka dots. I always use a gel top coat to make the nails extra shiny.

RED WHITE AND BLUE

4th of July nails! I'm sure there will be many more patriotic nails to come. Thanks to everyone who looks at my blog. You really keep me motivated. I'll try to keep the pictures and the fun ideas coming! Thanks!

STAR SPANGLED NAILS

It's finally time for some fun 4th of July nails! I used blue acrylic with white stars on the nails and red acrylic with white stars on the ring fingers. Then I added the tips in the opposite colors. The toes are acrylic with red and blue mylar stars and I finished them off with red and blue polished dots.

LIME NAILS

Fruity Nails! These limes are made from polymer clay. I added the green acrylic to the tips in fresh lime. Now all that's missing is a margarita.

COTTON CANDY

The name of this color is cotton candy. I used opi makeover pink on the nail beds. The ring fingers have a real dried flower in cream. Those flowers in the background are real too! It is a clematis vine and I just had to use it as a background.

PINK LEMONADE

The color combination on these nails reminds me of pink lemonade. I used pink acrylic and added pink mylar chunks to it. Then I added yellow flowers to the ring fingers. The final touch was adding the yellow to the tips.

Purple Flower Bling!

I used glittery white acrylic and added shimmery mylar discs to make these nails really pop! The ring fingers are dried purple flowers. I just had to use my yellow rose bush as the backdrop for these. So pretty.

RIBBON RIBBON RIBBON
Here are some examples of all of the different ribbons that I have to use for nail art. I have used several of them in the pictures listed on this blog.
